Why should YOU Buy a Home Now?







The age old question: Why buy a home now?



Here's some reasons why you shouldn't buy a home.

1. Maybe you don't have job security

2.Maybe you think that the Housing Market will continue to drop

3.Maybe you think you're credit isn't good enough

4.Maybe you think you don't have enough money saved to put down on a home.

Here's some reasons why you should buy a home.


1. Job Security is something that few people have, since you still have to live somewhere, pay rent to someone one. Why not buy a home.

Did you know it's alot easier to be thrown out of a rental than it is to be removed from you home for non payment.

2. The housing market has dropped, the interest rate has dropped.

3. Credit scores are ever changing, ever present and part of our life. Your credit score need not be any higher than a 530 for an FHA Loan. Of course theres loop holes, but for most buyers with a score at or above 580 they can buy.

4. Don't have enough money to buy a home. In many cases all you need is what you'd need if you were renting and yes maybe a bit extra but for so many you may only need a few thousand to be on your way to home ownership. 

NOW, If it's your first house it's usually called a starter home, meaning it's probably not your dream home, or maybe it needs some work. Or still yet if your starting over because of a previous foreclosure or loss of income etc. Then it's still your first house like a chance to do life over again!

When a Buyer or Seller goes from Realtor to Realtor, what often  happens is, in doing this you don't allow a Realtor time to work with you, and perform to the best of their ability.

It's a Team Effort to accomplish your sale or purchase.

No Team keeps changing the Players on a constant basis those that do 
Will lose much more than they gain!

If  a Realtor doesn't feel a sense of commitment from the Buyer or Seller
 often times they won't put forth the effort that they should.

The shopping that can go on only causes Sellers, Buyers and the Realtor more stress then most can imagine.

The term shop till you drop definitely does not belong in the real estate world.

However sitting down with the Realtor you feel most comfortable with and going over your want and need list, how much you want or can afford to spend, towns you want to live in etc. This helps the Realtor narrow down your search so you won't be seeing properties that don't fit into what you had in mind. Thus eliminating the Shop til you drop and stress that goes with it. 

A trained seasoned Realtor with a good sense of doing their clients justice, also one that is a full time agent, is an agent that needs to be recognized as a professional just a much as any other profession.

A Broker must go to school, must constantly train, must have continued education, must have knowledge in many different areas of Real Estate.
If a Broker wants to sell, list or rent Real Estate a Broker must pay fees every year
these fees can run into several Thousands of Dollars.
